Reach does not replace control

High-level dust needs a planned route down—not a cloud across the site.

Dust and debris can build up on roof sheets, beams, ledges, ductwork, pipework and cable routes. Disturbing those deposits without control can spread contamination into work areas below.

Our approach considers the material, loading below, access, drop zones and sequence. Industrial vacuum and dry-cleaning methods are prioritised where water would create unnecessary risk.

Service scope

High-level areas we can include.

The final scope follows a site survey and records inaccessible or sensitive areas before work begins.

Roof sheets & liners

Removal of settled dust and debris from accessible internal roof surfaces.

Beams & structural steel

Controlled cleaning of ledges, cross-members and accessible steelwork.

Ducting & pipework

External surfaces of accessible building services and extraction routes.

Cable trays & supports

Careful cleaning around accessible fixed services, subject to site controls.

Internal cladding

Dry cleaning or degreasing selected according to deposit and panel finish.

High ledges & signage

Targeted detail cleaning in production, warehouse and commercial spaces.

Planned properly

What is below the work matters as much as what is above it.

The plan defines access, working zones, sensitive equipment, operational restrictions and the sequence used to control falling debris.

  • MEWP suitability and floor condition checked
  • Exclusion zones and activity below agreed
  • Sensitive plant, stock and surfaces protected
  • Electrical or process constraints confirmed
  • Vacuum filtration and waste handling planned
  • Before-and-after photographs captured where useful
From survey to sign-off

A clear process from the first visit.

We define the scope before work begins, then manage delivery against the agreed requirements.

    Understand

We discuss the requirement, site priorities, access and expected outcome.

  2. 02

    Survey

We assess the area, hazards, surfaces, equipment and operational constraints.

  3. 03

    Plan

You receive a defined scope, safe working arrangements and clear quotation.

  4. 04

    Deliver & review

The work is managed, checked and recorded against the agreed standard.

High-Level Cleaning FAQs

Every site is different. These are the questions clients most often ask before arranging a survey.

Can high-level cleaning be completed dry?

Yes. Industrial vacuum and specialist dry-cleaning methods are often used for internal roof sheets, beams, services and cladding.

How do you reach high areas?

Access may include MEWPs, specialist vacuum poles or other long-reach systems selected after the site survey.

Can work take place above a live production area?

Sometimes, but it depends on the activity, contamination sensitivity and ability to establish safe exclusion and protection controls. Shutdown working may be required.

How long will the work take?

Programme length depends on height, area, deposit level, access and operational constraints. We confirm an estimated duration after surveying.

Do you record inaccessible areas?

Yes. Any agreed exclusions or areas that cannot be safely accessed are identified in the scope or completion record.
